چکیده

This research aims to evaluate the immunogenicity of different doses HIPRAVIAR® BPL2 inactivated Newcastle disease virus (NDV) LaSota vaccine. Specific-pathogen-free day-old chicks were divided into 3 groups, and each group was vaccinated subcutaneously with vaccine dose 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 ml, respectively. Blood samples collected measure NDV-specific antibody titers using a hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The HI result showed that birds ml an increased statistically significant titer compared other doses. Similarly, ELISA corroborated finding. No difference between results detected when measured two kits, Biocheck CK116, CIVTEST® AVI NDV. percentage antibody-positive based on amongst days post-vaccination all positive from 28 42 following vaccination (group D), whereas highest positivity 80% 70% at 0.1 B) 0.2 C), In conclusion, besides in seroconversion, used had important levels seroconversion positivity.

Immunogenicity of commercial, formaldehyde and binary ethylenimine inactivated Newcastle disease virus vaccines in specific pathogen free chickens

Newcastle disease (ND) is one of the most important diseases that affect birds; the epizootic nature of the disease has caused severe economic losses in the poultry industry worldwide. In this experiment ND virus (NDV) was inactivated by two different chemicals binary ethylenimine (BEI) and formaldehyde. Formaldehyde was used at 0.1%, while BEI was used at concentrations of 1 to 4 mM. NDV inact...

Efficacy of inactivated velogenic Newcastle disease virus genotype VII ‎vaccine in broiler chickens

Newcastle disease (ND) causes severe economic losses in poultry production. Despite the intensive vaccination regimes of NDV in Egypt, many outbreaks are being reported. The present study focused on the preparation and evaluation of inactivated velogenic Newcastle disease virus vaccine (genotype VII) isolated from Egyptian broiler chicken during 2015-2016. Fifty-five tissue samples including tr...

Immune Response to Inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus by Electrolysed Catholyte Anolyte and Binary Ethylenimine in Specific Pathogen Free Chickens

This study aimed to investigate the immunogenicity of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in specificpathogen-free (SPF) chickens. The NDV was inactivated using either Binary ethyleneimine (BEI) or Electrolysed water-Catholyte-Anolyte (ECA). Complete inactivation of NDV occurred after 24 hours with either BEI or ECA. Prepared inactivated NDV vaccines were tested for their efficiency in generating hum...
